I’m Jon Kuehler—pilot, airport operator, and aviation problem-solver in the Texas Panhandle. I lead day-to-day operations, grow community events, and keep airplanes (and airports) running smoothly. On calm days I’m a human multi-tool; on windy Panhandle days I’m a crosswind therapist. As a Pilot and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I’m wired for safety, service, and get-it-done grit.
I run Buffalo Aviation at Buffalo Airport (1E7), where we’re building practical, pilot-friendly services—from hangar space and real estate to events and unique stays. We like our approaches stabilized, our maintenance logbooks neater than a parade formation, and our customer service smoother than a greased landing. I run on Unsweet Tea and 100LL (mostly tea).
Best of all, I’ve been married to my wife, Chelsea, for 15 years. She’s my favorite co-pilot—keeps my ego trimmed, my headings honest, and reminds me that “cleared for the option” doesn’t apply to date night. When I say “we” at Buffalo Aviation, I mean it—she’s the heart of the operation and the steady hand on the yoke at home.
If you love airplanes, community, and straight-talk solutions, we’ll get along great—taxi on over and say hello.
